Actress Jackie Appiah was recently photographed in Lagos, Nigeria, on Sunday, May 12, 2024, with members of the British Royal Family, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
Jackie showed her appreciation for the royal couple on Instagram by posting pictures from her meeting with them.
She thanked the Duke and Duchess of Sussex for the privilege of meeting them and called them “absolutely nice people” in her tweet.
This happened at the Delborough Hotel’s welcome in Lagos, where the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were staying for three days while visiting the vibrant city of Nigeria.
In order to support the Invictus Games project, Nigeria’s Chief of Defence Staff invited Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to Lagos. With Prince Harry at the helm, the Invictus Games seeks to mobilise the world in support of veterans and injured service members.
Nigeria demonstrated its commitment to the wellbeing of its military troops last year when it joined the programme.
