Jamie Foxx’s Hospitalization Sparks Controversy: Did Diddy Play a Role?

2 Min Read

Fresh details have emerged regarding the speculation surrounding Sean “Diddy” Combs and actor Jamie Foxx’s recent hospitalization.

Foxx, 56, who was hospitalized earlier this year, reportedly discussed claims that Diddy, 54, played a role in his medical emergency during the tapings of his upcoming Netflix special, “What Had Happened Was.”

Eyewitnesses at the shows told Page Six that Foxx suggested Diddy was responsible for his condition, with some claiming that Foxx said he “called the FBI on [Combs].”

This has raised eyebrows, especially given Diddy’s current legal troubles, including charges related to sex trafficking.

A source close to Diddy firmly denied these claims, stating, “There is no truth to Sean Combs putting Jamie Foxx in the hospital.”

The nature of Foxx’s comments—whether made in jest or sincerity—remains unclear, leading to varied interpretations from attendees.

Celebrity security guard Big Homie .CC claimed in a recent interview that Foxx was “poisoned” by Diddy and had reported him to the FBI.

He alleged that he heard Foxx mention this during the tapings, which took place from October 4 to 6 in Atlanta.

Another attendee, videographer Choke No Joke, echoed these sentiments, saying, “I don’t think he was joking.”

He suggested Foxx’s remarks indicated a serious rift between him and Diddy, claiming their relationship had shifted dramatically.

However, not all attendees agree with this perspective. Dennis L.A. White, who attended the later shows, reported that Foxx explicitly stated Diddy was not responsible for his hospitalization, saying, “If he was, I would’ve been dead.”

He noted that Foxx focused on humor and light-hearted stories rather than serious accusations.

In the aftermath of the tapings, Foxx took to Instagram to express his gratitude, sharing photos from the shows and thanking the Atlanta audience for their support.

He emphasized the joy of returning to the stage after a long absence, calling the experience an “artistic explanation” of events that had gone awry.
