The lawsuit also names Universal Music Group (UMG), accusing the company of ignoring the assault because West’s brand was too profitable. An is seeking damages for physical and emotional pain, as well as legal fees.

An, who finished third on America’s Next Top Model in 2009, has since acted in TV shows like Criminal Minds and The Mindy Project. This lawsuit is one of several legal issues West is currently facing.
