This song is from Jennie’s next solo album, “Ruby,” which will be released on March 7, 2025. With the chorus asking, “Do my, do my ladies run this, ladies run this?” the song honors female empowerment.
The music video, which was directed by Cole Bennett and included footage of Jennie and Doechii performing on a bald man’s head to represent their larger-than-life presence, was released with the song.
This collaboration adds to the momentum of BLACKPINK members pursuing solo projects. Jennie’s “Ruby” album will feature 15 tracks, including collaborations with artists like Dua Lipa, Childish Gambino, and Kali Uchis.
