In a surprising turn of events, actress Jessica Alba and her husband, Cash Warren, have reportedly separated after nearly 17 years of marriage.
The couple, who wed in May 2008, is now heading for divorce, according to sources who spoke with TMZ on January 8.
Jessica and Cash share three children: daughters Honor, 16, Haven, 13, and son Hayes, 7. Despite the separation, the family recently spent quality time together.
In fact, just a few months ago, the couple celebrated Thanksgiving in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, with their children.
Jessica, 43, shared a heartfelt post on Instagram during the holiday, writing, “Happy #Thanksgiving from me and mine to you and yours. Sending lots of love and light.”

The family also celebrated Christmas together, with Jessica sharing more moments from the holiday season online.
As recently as last week, the couple and their children were spotted together at Universal Studios, where they celebrated their youngest child’s birthday on New Year’s Eve.
Though the couple’s public appearances together gave no indication of trouble, the reason for their separation has not yet been disclosed.
Jessica and Cash, both 43 and 45 years old, have remained private about the details of their relationship, and it’s unclear what led to this decision after nearly two decades of marriage.
