Justin Timberlake has cancelled his October 8 concert in Newark, New Jersey, due to an injury that prevents him from performing.
In a heartfelt message posted on Instagram, the singer expressed his disappointment to fans: “I’m so sorry to postpone tonight’s show.
I have an injury that is preventing me from performing. I’m so disappointed to not see you all—but I’m working to reschedule ASAP.”
Timberlake, who recently resumed his “Forget Tomorrow World Tour” after a month-long hiatus, reassured fans that he is committed to making it up to them.
“Thank you guys for understanding. Appreciate your support always,” he added.
The nature of Timberlake’s injury has not been disclosed, and it remains unclear if additional tour dates will be affected.
His next scheduled performance is set for October 11 in Philadelphia.
