Kanye West is being sued by his former project manager, Murphy Aficionado, who accuses the rapper of creating a hostile work environment, making antisemitic remarks, and engaging in inappropriate behavior during work meetings.
In the lawsuit, filed Thursday, Aficionado claims that in November 2022, West summoned him to a Beverly Hills hotel room.
When Aficionado arrived, he was shocked to find West shirtless with his pants unbuttoned and his then-girlfriend, Bianca Censori, topless. Aficionado says it was clear they had just had sex.

During the encounter, West allegedly referred to Candace Owens’ former lawyer as a “Jewish spy.”
Aficionado claims that soon after, Kanye rushed into another room, telling Aficionado to “wait right here.” He then reportedly heard loud moaning and clapping from the other room, suggesting that West and Censori were having sex again.
When West returned, Aficionado says he was wearing a T-shirt with a swastika and asked, “Don’t you like my shirt?”
The lawsuit also alleges another disturbing incident. Aficionado claims Kanye invited him to a second hotel meeting, where he found the rapper and a well-known NFL player wearing only towels, preparing for massages.
Once again, Aficionado says he was forced to endure loud “clapping and moaning” from the bedroom while West was with the masseuse.
Aficionado, who was fired by West in 2023, is suing for discrimination, retaliation, and failure to pay wages.
He claims West’s behavior created an uncomfortable and toxic environment, and he is seeking financial compensation for the alleged mistreatment.
