Kim was seen posing on the red carpet with a man whose face was disguised behind identical clothes.

Fans initially mistook the man for Kanye West since he had the same build and posed like the musician.

But the man in question was Demna Gvasalia, the creative director of Balenciaga, who designed Kim’s Met Gala couture ensemble, which included a bodysuit with a black curve T-shirt underneath a T-shirt dress.
