In a heartfelt conversation with her sister Khloe Kardashian, Kim, 42, broke down, openly admitting that she is “not okay” and shedding tears.
Struggling to hold back her emotions, Kim expressed, “I just can’t.” It is evident that the person Kanye has become is vastly different from the one she married, as she confessed during a confessional interview.
Kim and Kanye’s love story began in 2012, leading to their marriage two years later. Together, they have four children – North, 10, Saint, seven, Chicago, five, and Psalm, four. However, the couple officially divorced last year.
The Skims entrepreneur yearns for the person she fell in love with, emphasizing her willingness to do anything to bring back that side of Kanye. She shared with Khloe, “That’s who I loved and that’s who I remember.”

Although Kim feels comfortable venting her feelings to Khloe, she disclosed in an interview with Vogue Italia that she prefers to shield her children from any distress. When it concerns her children’s father and she finds herself upset, she tries not to display her emotions.
Kim explained that she must be prepared to explain her feelings, and some things may not be suitable for her children’s understanding. She aims to avoid using the common phrase “You’ll understand when you’re older” and wants to be more transparent with her kids regarding matters they can comprehend.
Kim, a devoted mother of four, strives to refrain from criticizing Kanye in public, always putting their children first. In a conversation with her mother, Kris Jenner, she expressed her stance on the matter, stating that despite the chaos and hurtful things Kanye has said about their family, she remains silent.
She highlighted the importance of staying quiet, believing that one day her children will appreciate her approach. Kim choked up as she tearfully conveyed, “I know that is the best thing for them.”
Adding to her frustrations, Kim lamented that Kanye, who was supposed to be her “forever protector,” has become the source of her pain. He has propagated baseless rumors, accusing her of multiple affairs.
