Kuami Eugene (born Eugene Kwame Marfo) is a Ghanaian singer, songwriter, and producer. He was born on February 1, 1997, in Oda, Ghana.
He rose to fame after winning the season 5 of the music reality show “MTN Hitmaker” in Ghana in 2016. He then signed with Lynx Entertainment and released his debut album, “Rockstar” in 2018. The album featured hit songs such as “Angela”, “Wish Me Well”, and “Confusion”.
Kuami Eugene is known for his unique blend of highlife and afrobeats music. He has won several awards in Ghana and across Africa, including the Ghana Music Awards, the All Africa Music Awards, and the Soundcity MVP Awards.
Aside from music, Kuami Eugene has also been involved in philanthropic activities, including the donation of musical instruments to schools in his hometown of Oda.
