Ghanaian high-life artiste, songwriter and producer Eugene Kwame Marfo well known as Kuami Eugene in the showbiz scenes has made some revelations about a possible exit from his current record label.
The high-life musician who is currently singed onto Lynx Entertainment, recently in an interview with Pulse Spotlight (Pulsegh.com) answered questions of potentially leaving his record label.
He was asked if he would ever exit from his label and what will be the conditions behind his exit, below reads his response.
Kuami Eugene started by saying he has been responding to a lot of calls from brands / companies and record labels pressuring him as to when he was going to exit from his current record label “Lynx Entertainment” which is owned by Richie Mensah.
Now answering to the question asked, the Obiaato hit maker voiced out that he is okay and very content with Lynx Entertainment and for that matter has no plans of leaving for now.
“But that doesn’t mean i will die at Lynx, things will probably change but for now i am wholeheartedly for Lynx Entertainment” – he added.
Kuami continued, saying he will probably leave when a he gets a better offer like grabbing a huge universal deal.
The musician praised his manager “Richie Mensah”, said he is not selfish, and will not restrict him from opting in for a big universal deal when it shows off but will rather encourage him (Kuami) to go ahead for the grab.
“Richie has been part of my story from day one and will probably have a share of whatever the universal deal will give me” – Eugene said.
