Reality TV star and former Vanderpump Rules cast member Lala Kent has shared an unexpected and humorous twist on her coffee routine: she adds breast milk instead of regular creamer.
In a recent appearance on Amanda Hirsch’s Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, Kent explained her unconventional use of surplus breast milk, calling it a way to make good use of what she considers “liquid gold.”
Kent revealed that she consumed around “10 ounces of breast milk” by incorporating it into her coffee rather than discarding it. “I wasn’t about to dump it down the sink,” she stated, emphasizing her desire to utilize the breast milk she had in excess.
Although Kent admitted she’s not deeply passionate about breastfeeding, she humorously referred to herself as a “good factory” for her daughters, 3-month-old Sosa and 3-year-old Ocean.
Despite her nonchalant attitude toward the act itself, her approach to repurposing breast milk has garnered attention for its practicality and humor.
This isn’t the first time Kent has opted to use breast milk in her coffee. Back in 2021, she openly shared her decision to use her “boobie milk” as a substitute for creamer when she ran out at home.

That moment even made its way into an episode of Vanderpump Rules, where Kent tried to convince her then-fiancé, Randall Emmett, to join her in the breast milk coffee experiment.
He declined, leaving Kent disappointed as she thought it would be “so hot.”
Since her split from Emmett in 2021, following allegations of infidelity, Kent has moved forward as a single mother. She welcomed her second child, Sosa, via sperm donor, and has expressed her openness to using the same method for future children.
Known for her candidness and unapologetic approach to parenting, Lala Kent continues to entertain her fans with her quirky habits and unique perspective on motherhood.
