Former One Direction member Liam Payne, who tragically died at age 31 after falling from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, was found to have multiple substances in his system, including crack cocaine and methamphetamine.
Preliminary toxicology reports indicate the presence of a drug known as “pink cocaine,” which is a mixture of methamphetamine, ketamine, and MDMA, along with crack cocaine and benzodiazepine.

Payne’s death occurred on October 16, 2024, after he plunged from a third-floor hotel room.
According to authorities, the traumatic injuries he sustained were consistent with his fall, and investigations have ruled out any foul play.
Reports suggest that evidence of drug use was evident in his hotel room, with narcotics and alcohol scattered among broken furniture.
Witnesses noted that hotel staff had called emergency services shortly before the incident due to Payne’s aggressive behavior, which was believed to be influenced by drugs and alcohol.

Photos released by local media purportedly show remnants of white powder and damaged property within the room.
