Renowned American rapper Lil Wayne has extended a substantial amount of support to Ghanaian rapper AMG Medikal.
This comes after Lil Wayne posted a picture of Medikal on his Instagram story, highlighting the Ghanaian musician’s partnership with well-known beverage brand BumBu Rum, as a way to show his support.
Medikal signed a big deal to represent Sovereign Brands LLC BumBu Rum as a brand ambassador in Africa for his 2022 U.S. tour.
Taking things a step further, the CEO of Stubborn Academy recorded a song in the studio alongside American Christian pianist and singer Mari Burelle.
Lil Wayne, whose real name is Carter Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr., brought attention to the Ghanaian rap legend Medikal by sharing a photo of Medikal holding a “BumBu the Original Rum.”
The Young Money Entertainment record label founder deliberately linked his name to BumBu Rum Company in order to increase Medikal’s global recognition and solidify his status as an endorsed personality.
