Benjamin Pavard has a number of options this summer

Sources have revealed that all three clubs are well aware of Pavard’s situation and have asked to be kept informed about any developments.

Pavard’s contract with Bayern will expire in just over a year, and while the club is keen to negotiate an extension, the Frenchman and his representatives have indicated that they will wait until the summer before deciding on their next move.

Bayern’s recent dismissal of Julian Nagelsmann as manager surprised Pavard and many of his teammates, but new boss Thomas Tuchel wasted no time in confirming his admiration for the 27-year-old.

City’s interest in Pavard is intriguing because they have one of their own full-back options, Joao Cancelo, on loan at Bayern.

Tuchel has already praised Cancelo’s ability to play on both sides of defence, but he also expressed admiration for Pavard’s qualities.

United and Real, meanwhile, are both in the market for a new right-back, and Pavard is on their radar.

United’s manager, Erik ten Hag, has overseen a resurgence at the club and is looking to move on from Aaron Wan-Bissaka this summer. Real, on the other hand, is seeking an upgrade on veteran Dani Carvajal.

In conclusion, the race for Pavard’s signature is shaping up to be a three-way battle between some of Europe’s biggest clubs. All three sides have expressed interest in the talented Frenchman, and his future at Bayern remains uncertain.

As the summer transfer window approaches, it remains to be seen where Pavard will end up, but it is clear that he has plenty of options to consider.
