An Aer Lingus flight was delayed for nearly two hours on the day of Brown’s glue-related incident because an activist refused to take his seat, preferring instead to pace the aisle giving a lecture on climate change.

Hundreds of protestors gathered with banners and sang and chanted outside London City Airport at roughly the same time.

Others obstructed travelers’ access to the terminal, as well as the roadways leading to and from the airport.
