Eglish football club, Manchester City has confirmed the signing of its newest player, Erling Haaland into its squad from Borussia Dortmund.
The news confirming the transfer of the player from his former team to City came to light on Monday, June 13th, 2022.
The 21-year-old Erling Haaland who is the son of the former Manchester City Player, Alfie, who has signed a fiver (5) year contract with the club will officially join the City Club starting from July 1.

The five-year deal between City and Haaland will stand from 2022 and will end in 2027.

While playing for the Black and Yellows, Erling Haaland helped the team win the German Cup and also secured himself the Bundesliga Player of the Season award in 2020/21.
After making appearances in 89 games in two-and-a-half seasons at Borussia Dortmund, he managed to score a total of 86 goals.
Speaking on hi move to City, the Norwegian international said the day is a proud day for himself as well as his family.
In the paragraph above it was mentioned that he is the song of a former Manchester City captain, Alf-Inge, who played for the club between 2000 and 2003.

Erling Haaland’s jersey number is not yet out, so his shirts will be made available once his squad number is confirmed in due course.
