Despite once being good friends and performing at each other’s weddings, a check of their pages now shows that they are no longer following each other, leading many to speculate about the cause of their falling out.
Interestingly, the two musicians were formerly signed to the same record label, adding another layer of complexity to their recent rift.

The situation escalated when GUC posted a vague message about ungrateful people, which many believed was directed at Mercy Chinwo.
Since then, Mercy has been sharing posts about not expecting much from others, and the situation has attracted both mockery and support from fans online.
