Former Germany international and Chelsea star, Michael Ballack, 48, has announced his intention to pursue legal action following false reports that claims that his 23-year-old partner, Sophia Schneiderhan, was previously in a serious relationship with his late son.
Interestingly enough, Ballack, who has been seen publicly with Schneiderhan and shared pictures of them on social media, was said to have started a relationship with her after the tragic death of his son, Emilio, in 2021.
Meanwhile, his son, Emilio passed away at the age of 18 in a fatal quad biking accident in Lisbon.
Recent media reports alleged that Schneiderhan had dated Ballack’s son before his death, a claim that the former footballer strongly denies.
In an Instagram post, Ballack clarified the situation, stating: “My life partner Sophia is neither my late son’s ex-girlfriend nor was she friends with him.”
