My daughter has no Twitter account : Mahama sets record straight [See Details]

Former Ghanaian President John Dramani Mahama has stated that his daughter, Farida Mahama is not on Twitter.

This record was set clear by the former president of Ghana after a certain Twitter account with Farida’s details and photos was sighted online.

The Twitter account in question usually posts favorite Ghanaian celebrities and things related to that.

To that effect, via a Tweet, the former President stated that the account in question did not belong to his daughter.

And to that effect, should be disregarded and unfollowed.

Below is the former president’s tweet:

“My daughter, Farida Mahama, does not have a Twitter account.

Kindly ignore and stop following the account in the attached screenshot, set up by some unscrupulous person and being used to send out tweets in her name.”

About John Mahama

John Dramani Mahama is a Ghanaian politician who served as the country’s president from July 24, 2012, to January 7, 2017.

From January 2009 until July 2012, he was Vice President of Ghana, and after the death of his predecessor, His Excellency John Evans Fiifi Attah Mills, he became President on July 24, 2012.

Mahama is a writer, historian, and communication guru.

Also, it is worth mentioning that he was a Member of Parliament for Bole Bamboi from 1997 to 2009.

Moreover, he served as Deputy Minister for Communication from 1997 to 1998 before becoming the substantive Minister for Communications from 1998 to 2001.
