Newstar Ear Centre (NEC) is a private, legally registered company by the registrar general of Ghana, first accredited private ear centre by Health Facility Regulatory Agency (HeFra) and has been in operation for almost 7 years with quality and affordable services.
NEC works with the following insurance companies; NATIONWIDE, PREMIER, ACACIA, APEX, UNIVERSAL,COSMOPOLITAN, PHOENIX, and TAKAFUL.
The centre has two main branches, Tema and Pig Farm near ebony hotel. NEC has qualified, licensed and experienced audiologists, ENT professionals, Speech language therapist who will give quality holistic care to your ward or company.

In the audiology department; the centre offers the following services:
- Diagnostic Hearing test for adults and children
- Newborn hearing screening using AABR, TEOAE, DPOAE
- Industrial hearing screening and diagnostic services
- Sale, programming and fitting of quality and affordable hearing aid(s)
- Repair of faulty hearing aid(s)
- Sale of audiological and ENT equipment
- Sale of high quality hearing protection device (HPD) for individuals and companies
- Hearing screening for clubs, churches, schools, etc
