Palm Beach’s elite social scene was rocked this week when billionaire Steve Wynn’s stepson, Nick Hissom, accused his longtime partner, Kameron Ramirez, of cheating.
On Wednesday, March 19, Hissom, 32, shared the devastating news on Instagram, announcing the end of their relationship and accusing Ramirez of being a “cheater, liar, backstabber.”
The shocking post revealed that Ramirez allegedly had an affair with one of Hissom’s friends inside their shared home, shattering the once-glamorous image of their union.
Describing the moment as “the saddest and most heartbreaking thing” he’d ever had to write, Hissom claimed that Ramirez was not only unfaithful but also mocking him with “addict friends” about the betrayal.
The couple had been together since 2018 and co-founded an art gallery. While their exact relationship status remains unclear, Hissom suggested that they might have been engaged but never legally married.
Hissom went on to accuse Ramirez of requesting space to “find himself” before allegedly beginning a “coordinated, sneaky, and vicious affair” with another man.
He also alleged that Ramirez and his friends had conspired to hurt him in the cruelest of ways. “Seven years of the best marriage, a life, a family, and a business” were supposedly lost over the affair, according to Hissom.
The scandal took a dramatic turn as rumors swirled that Ramirez had already moved on to a younger, 21-year-old socialite, who allegedly resembled Hissom.

Anonymous sources from Hissom’s former Swiss boarding school also claimed that Ramirez had ridiculed Hissom in private chats.
Despite appearing together at the amfAR gala just days earlier, sources say the breakup has left Hissom’s family, including his mother, Andrea Wynn, and stepfather, Steve Wynn, shaken.
Hissom later took to social media to share his grief, posting motivational updates, including a video of him cruising along the coast and gym selfies, before eventually deleting the posts.
In response, Ramirez issued a statement claiming that there were “false assumptions” and “inaccurate statements,” noting that the couple was working things out privately.
