In a heartfelt social media post on Monday, the family of legendary Indian singer Pankaj Udhas confirmed the news of his passing.
His daughter Nayaab Udhas shared that he breathed his last at the age of 72 on Monday, February 26th, 2024, following a prolonged illness due to cancer.
“With a heavy heart, we are saddened to inform you of the sad demise of Padmashri Pankaj Udhas on 26th February 2024 due to a prolonged illness,” the announcement read.
