Paul Pogba’s replacement found as player set to join Real Madrid in the summer

PAUL Pogba is set to leave Old Trafford outfit  at the end of the season when his contract expires.

Manchester United are in for a player who can replace the French star Paul Pogba, with the midfielder edging closer to leaving the club.

Former Juventus midfielder will be out of contract at the end of the season and is unlikely to sign a new deal to stay at Old Trafford.

However, the Frenchman’s heart is understood to be set on moving to La Liga giants Real Madrid on a free transfer at the end of the season.

La Liga giants have long been linked with the World Cup winner who became most expensive player in Premier League history  after joining Manchester United.

The World Cup winner  has failed to live up to expectations, with his performances never consistent enough and has decided not to renew his contract.

RB Leipzig star Amadou Haidara has history with Man United’s boss Ralf Rangnick, having played under him during the manager’s spell in charge of the Bundesliga club.

Haidara is thought to have a £33million release clause in his contract which United will be willing to pay but are now facing competition from Newcastle for his signature.
