RiFF RAFF Pays $500k To Use Drake’s Home Studio For Two Hours

According to reports, RiFF RAFF has paid an enormous sum of money to use Drake’s home studio for just two hours.

The booking app Stufinder revealed on Sunday (April 2) that Jody Highroller had purchased two hours of studio time at the rapper’s musical quarters for a whopping $500,000.

However, the company has put a temporary hold on the payment while verifying Drake’s approval for the listing and preventing any possible scam.

Stufinder has reached out to Drake and his team to confirm the availability of his recording studio for bookings, and until the confirmation is received, the studio cannot accept any session requests.

If confirmation is not obtained, RiFF RAFF’s payment will be refunded, and the company will verify all studios before allowing bookings.

“We have reached out to Drake and his team to get confirmation that he did in fact list his home recording studio on our app,” the company said. “Session requests can be sent to the studio but to prevent a scam, we have paused the ability for the studio to accept bookings till we receive confirmation. ”

“The statement continued: “RiFF RAFF’s payment is currently on hold and will be refunded if we don’t receive confirmation. We will verify all studios before allowing bookings.”

Stufinder posted the news on their social media, and also used Drizzy’s 2015 mixtape “If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late” artwork for a meme “If You’re Reading This…….. We’ve Paused Drake’s Listing.”

On Saturday (April 1), the studio was listed for $250,000 USD per hour with a description that included custom equipment but no mention of an engineer or a feature from Drake.

The listing gained attention on Twitter, and several users shared their thoughts on whether they would take advantage of the opportunity to create music inside “The Embassy.”
