Shatta Wale Speaks On The Reason He Beefs With Nigerian Musicians

Multiple award winning Ghanaian musician, Shatta Wale finally gives an explanation to his love for beef with Nigerian musicians.

The Self-acclaimed dancehall kind voiced out that his usual beef with his colleague top-notch Nigeria superstar musicians is to create opportunities for Ghana’s next crops of generation of artistes.

According to him that is what he sees as a strategy which will shoot up the next generation of Ghana musicians into breaking into the Nigerian market and leave a mark.

Shatta Wale made this know on Thursday morning, July 14, 2022, during his interview with the host of Daybreakhitz entertainment show with host, Andy Dosty on Hitz FM.

Shatta Wale who is one of Ghana’s controversial musician is born with his legal name Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr and has had problems with most Nigerian musicians.

Even though his feuds with the Nigerian acts haven’t gotten or led to any physical exchange yet, Wale has had verbal exchanged most of them, and the recent ones include the likes of Wizkid, Burna Boy, Pato Ranking amongst others.

According to him, he has created the space and now most of the Musicians including the likes of Black Sherif are benefiting from his beefings with Nigerian acts because the awareness already exists.

“I have created the space for many. And nobody can come and tell me otherwise. Even when I am beefing with Nigerians, I am doing it because of the next generation. Now everybody is getting the opportunity. Everybody is going to Nigeria because that awareness is there. I have done things that even if I can’t go to Nigeria I want to see the Black Sheriffs, the Medikals entering there now. This is because we now see Nigeria as our America. So we must get the Nigerians’ attention that is why I have sacrificed my life for the industry,” Wale Siad.
