Actor Shemar Moore and his partner, model Jesiree Dizon, have decided to part ways after nearly five years together, marking the end of their romantic relationship.
However, sources close to the couple say that they remain on good terms, with a commitment to co-parenting their daughter, Frankie, whom they welcomed in January 2023.
According to a source who spoke with PEOPLE, Moore and Dizon are “loving friends and co-parents and always will be,” despite their decision to go their separate ways.
Their breakup follows a close-knit period together that began after Moore’s mother passed away in 2020, a time when Dizon provided support, which helped strengthen their bond.
The couple first went public with their relationship in January 2023, sharing their joy of becoming parents to baby Frankie.

The S.W.A.T. star, 54, and Dizon, 41, had known each other for years prior to dating, with their friendship evolving into a romantic relationship.
In November 2024, Moore spoke candidly about his relationship with Dizon, telling PEOPLE that although he appreciated her as his “partner” and “dope-ass mama,” he did not envision marriage as part of their future.
Reflecting on his past, Moore shared that his view on marriage was shaped by his experiences growing up.
“I didn’t have a good role model of marriage in my life. Not my mother, not my father. Nobody close to me,” he revealed.
