Takeoff Murder Suspect Seeks Another Bond Reduction

Lawyers for the man accused of killing Takeoff are pleading with the judge to reduce the murder suspect’s bond.

According to several accounts, Patrick Clark’s attorneys showed up in court on Tuesday to request a second bond reduction for their client (December 27). His bond is at $100,000, but his lawyers want to reduce it to $300,000.

When Clark was initially detained for the murder of Takeoff, his bond was set at $2 million. Clark’s attorneys asked for a lower bond because they thought $2 million was too much. It was reduced by a judge to $1 million.

Clark’s legal representatives think that his bond is still excessively high. If the bond is lowered to $30,000 by Judge Josh Hill, they anticipate his release.

Judge Hill expressed concern about Clark’s potential for flight. Another bond hearing was scheduled by the court for Wednesday (December 28).

One of Clark’s attorneys, Letitia Quinones, stated that his family would be willing to pay his bond if it were reduced to $300,000. After the next hearing, according to Quinones, her client might be released within 24 to 48 hours.

In connection with the shooting death of Takeoff, Clark, 33, was accused with murder. December 1 saw the arrest of Clark.

On November 1, Takeoff was shot and died at a bowling alley in Houston. The 28-year-old Migos member.
