A Missouri woman, 31-year-old Taylor Santiago, is accused of going on a violent shooting spree across two states, resulting in two deaths and one serious injury.
Santiago allegedly targeted her ex-husband in Missouri and the girlfriend of her estranged lover in Arkansas, according to police reports.
On January 22, Santiago reportedly confessed to police in Aurora, Missouri, that she had killed three people.
According to a probable cause affidavit, Santiago invited her ex-husband, identified as Huffman, over to her home under the false pretense that he would see a 12-year-old child.

Once he arrived, Santiago allegedly told the child she was going to “take care of the bad guys” and instructed the child to cover their ears.

Santiago then allegedly shot Huffman twice, before taking his car keys and driving to Carroll County, Arkansas. There, she allegedly killed a woman and seriously injured a man.
The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the shooting incident in Arkansas, where a deceased woman and an injured man were discovered.
The injured man, police said, was the biological father of one of Santiago’s children.
After the Arkansas shootings, Santiago reportedly returned to Missouri, where she turned herself in.
She is now facing several charges, including first-degree murder, robbery, unlawful use of a weapon, and endangering the welfare of a child in Missouri.
It is unclear whether she has entered a plea or been formally charged in Arkansas.
