Hollywood star with Ghanaian heritage, Boris Kodjoe, says the Christian Bible must be amended to reflect 21st century society.
He contends that in order for certain things that were outlawed when the Bible was written to be accepted in the modern era, they had to be changed.
Though he is a Christian, Boris told Bola Ray he thought some Biblical laws should be changed to reflect how society has changed over time.

Bola Ray questioned him about how the Bible, which is meant to be “timeless,” could be changed.
Although the Bible is the inspired word of God, according to Kodjoe, it was written by men who contributed their interpretation of God’s inspiration; as such, the book was shaped by their viewpoint.
In a similar spirit, he asserted that the Bible ought to be revised once more to take into account evolving social norms.
Giving an example of something that can be changed, he mentioned no s*x before marriage as a rule that should be changed in the 21st century.
