Nigerian singer, songwriter, and actress “Tiwatope Savage”, best known in the showbiz world as “Tiwa Savage“, finally part ways with Don Jazzy’s Marvin Records after seven years of working together.
Madam Savage signed a seven years recording contract with Mavin Records in the year 2012 and ended 2019 after she signed a new deal with Universal Music Group (UGM).

Universal Music Group is an American global music corporation that is a subsidiary of the French media conglomerate Vivendi. UMG’s global corporate headquarters are located in Santa Monica, California.
Mavin Record boss, Don Jazzy, also took to social media to share some messages to appreciate Tiwa for the seven years they have worked together and yielded positives results. He also went on to wish her well in all her endeavours, see below what he shared.
“Our darling Tiwatope. We at Mavin would like to say a very big thank you for being such an inspiration to all of us, a friend, a sister. It’s been an epic journey with you and we are very proud of what we have achieved together,” he wrote on Instagram.
“As you start this new chapter in your life we want you to know that we are solidly behind you and can’t wait for the world to see what we have always believed you can be.
“Your jersey as the First Lady of Mavin will forever be yours as we do not intend to fill that position with anyone else. We love you from the bottom of heart and pray GOD’s blessings continue to follow you. Amennnn.”
