Two women accuse Trey Songz of having nonconsensual $ex with them after they passed out at his home party and woke up to find him in court.

The women accuse Trey of $exual assault and abuse for an alleged 2015 event at his Los Angeles-area house, according to a new complaint obtained by TMZ.

The women claim in the affidavits that they first met Trey in June 2015 after attending his concert and receiving an invitation to an after-party that he was holding.

They claim that additional contacts resulted in him inviting them to his house for his birthday party in August.

The women assert that after taking an Uber to Trey’s house, they were had to provide a password and hand over their phones in order to enter.

They claim that there were largely women and a small number of men present inside, and that the women were under pressure to consume alcohol from open bottles.

The women claim in the lawsuit that after drinking what they thought was a moderate amount, they suddenly felt very drunk, leading them to suspect drugging.

They assert that Trey intervened as they were relaxing by the pool and escorted them to an upstairs bedroom where they passed out while still wearing their clothing.

Trey allegedly engaged in non-consensual oral $ex with one woman. She claims that she struggled against him but was overcome.

The other woman alleges that Trey nipped her breast and inserted his fingers into her vagina as she woke up.

The women claim in the lawsuit that following the claimed $exual assaults, Trey insisted they take a shower with him. When they allegedly refused, he allegedly became agitated and yelled at them, “You are little f*** girls, get the f out of my house.”

The women claim that when Trey refused to give them their phones, they tried to flee by grabbing their clothes.

After a security guard allegedly intervened and handed them their phones from a safe, the group claims they then called an Uber.

The women claim in their lawsuit that the alleged encounter left them with permanent injuries, and they are suing Trey for compensation.

Trey’s lawyer, Michael Freedman, responded to the situation by telling TMZ, “This is yet another example of nearly decade-old charges being repurposed to take advantage of California’s constitutionally dubious new look back window. We are eager to defend Trey in court on the basis of the evidence.
