Two women, Joanne Pearson, 38, and Teohna Grant, 24, were tragically stabbed to death in their apartment in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, on Christmas Day, 2024.
Thames Valley Police responded to the scene shortly after 6:30 p.m. on December 25 and found the victims’ bodies, as well as two others— a teenage boy and a man in his 20s— severely injured.
Both survivors were rushed to the hospital in stable condition after sustaining serious injuries, while a dog was also injured but survived.
On December 27, police arrested 49-year-old Jazwell Brown from the same Santa Cruz Avenue address.
He is facing two charges of murder, two charges of attempted murder, one charge of possession of a knife blade in public, and one charge of causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal.

Brown appeared in court on December 28, where he provided only his name, age, and address. He is scheduled to appear in Luton Crown Court on December 31.
Authorities have confirmed that those involved in the attack were known to each other. Local officials expressed shock and sorrow over the devastating event.
Shazna Muzammil, a city councillor for Milton Keynes, offered condolences to the families of the victims, emphasizing the tragic nature of the crime on Christmas Day.
The police investigation is ongoing, with officers remaining in the area to offer support to the community.
