Ghanaian rapper under the AMG Beyond Kontrol, Medikal has finally cleared the air on rumors that he is a fraud boy. and threatened to walk out of radio interviews that ask him such questions again.
The multiple award-winning rapper after surfacing into the music scene has been described by many as a fraud boy due to the flashy lifestyle he lives, and always talking about money in his songs,
According to some, he is just a fraud boy who is trying to cover up his traces by using music as the source of his wealth.
Medikal who is born with his legal name as Samuel Frimpong cleared the air about all those rumors in a radio interview on Accra FM hosted by Nana Romeo dated today, Thursday, March 18, 2021.
During the interview, the host, Nana Romeo asked the rapper how he feels whenever he hears people refer to him as a fraud boy.
Medikal responding to the question said that he is not a fraud boy, and he has not been involved in any illegal activities which will earn him money.
According to him, all the flashy lifestyle he is living, the money he always brags about are all earned genuinely through his music business and not through fraudulent means, adding that he even has over $40,000 in his iTunes account which is the revenue from his musical works.
He went on to fire out a warning, his warning goes to all radio stations, and he made it clear that he will gladly walk out of any radio station that asks him about this same fraud saga again.
He added that he believes such reports will only do no good but rather corrupt the youth who wants to venture into music thinking they, first of all, have to get involved in fraudulent activities before making it big.
