Nigerian actress, Damilola Adegbite who was married to Ghanaian actor, and film producer, Chris Attoh, finally opens up on her failed marriage as she pens down what she has learnt from it.
The two became very close and started dating after working together on a movie, they later got married in 2015, had one child, a Son, but 2 years after they got divorced.

Damilola Adegbite, in a recent interview with media personality, Chude Jideonwo, revealed the condition that led to their broken marriage and also dished out what she has learned from broken marriages.
“It didn’t work. I learned a massive lesson from that experience and it is that love is not enough. When you meet somebody and you want to spend the rest of your life with them, love is just one of the qualities that you need, but it’s not everything.”
She aslo distinguished the popular marriage mentality from hers and how it doesn’t fit into her lifestyle.
According to her, a failed marriage is not the tragedy people make it out to be. Not every marriage is ordained by God. She also reminisced how she had fought and prayed hard right to the end of the marriage and how she knew in her heart that she did her best.
