VIDEO: Lilwin Hospitalized After ‘A Country Called Ghana’ Movie Premiere

Information reaching us shows that popular Ghanaian actor, LilWin was hospitalized following the premiere of his latest movie, “A Country Called.”

The actor, who goes by his legal name, Kwadwo Nkansah, on Sunday, May 19, 2024. He took to his official social media handle on Instagram and shared a video on his timeline showing him lying down in a hospital bed.

In the video, we could see a nurse beside his bed while a drip was put on him. It remains unclear as to what the actual cause of his hospitalization was.

Captioning the video on his social media page, he wrote; “God thank you for saving me yesterday, hmmmmmm.”

Fans who were shocked and concerned upon hearing the news of Lilwin’s hospitalization took to the comment section of his post to show how much they care by wishing him a speedy recovery and also thanking God for his life.

The premiere of Lilwin’s much anticipated ‘A Country Called Ghana’ movie took place on Friday, May 17, 2024. And it was indeed a very successful one.

Hosted at the National Theatre in Accra, Ghana, the premiere showcased a dazzling constellation of luminaries from the realms of cinema and music. Notable attendees included Medikal, Kalybos, Guru, Akrobeto, Awilo Sharp Sharp, Ahuofe Patri, David Osei, D Cryme, Kofi Akpaloo, among others.

A lot of fans also trooped in to support their favorite actor.

Fans in Kumasi and Sunyani will soon experience the cinematic marvel as arrangements are being finalized. Furthermore, there are emerging plans for a stateside premiere to captivate the audience in the United States.
