Sean “Diddy” Combs finds himself at the center of a growing scandal as a man claims to possess alleged sex tapes featuring the music mogul alongside eight A-list celebrities, including two minors.
This shocking revelation emerged during a grand jury testimony on Thursday, October 31, which has sent shockwaves through Hollywood.
Courtney Burgess, who testified, claims that the tapes were given to him by Diddy’s late ex-girlfriend, Kim Porter, before her untimely death in 2018.
According to Burgess, the footage reportedly shows six men and two women, all appearing to be under the influence and portrayed as victims rather than perpetrators.
As the drama unfolded, Burgess disclosed that he has been contacted by agents from the Department of Homeland Security, who have subpoenaed him for evidence, including various electronic storage devices containing videos linked to Diddy.
The situation escalated as he expressed his intention to cooperate with the investigation.

Burgess also mentioned possessing Porter’s alleged memoir, “Kim’s Lost Words: A Journey for Justice, from the Other Side,” which has been embroiled in controversy after being pulled from Amazon due to disapproval from Diddy’s children.
In a statement to the press, Burgess’s lawyer, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, emphasized the gravity of the situation, asserting that one of the men featured in the tape is “more high-profile than Mr. Combs.”
She confidently claimed, “I can verify that it exists. That it’s real and that the other person in the video is very visible.”
Diddy was previously arrested in September on serious charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering.
He has pleaded not guilty and remains in custody in Brooklyn, New York, as multiple sexual assault lawsuits continue to unfold, painting a troubling picture of the hip-hop icon’s alleged actions.
