Rapper Kanye West is facing a new lawsuit from a former employee who accuses him of harassment and praising Nazi leader Adolf Hitler.
The woman, a Jewish marketing specialist who worked for West’s Yeezy brand, is suing under the pseudonym “Jane Doe” after allegedly enduring months of verbal abuse and harassment from the rapper.
She claims she was wrongfully fired in June 2024 after reporting his behavior to her manager.
Court documents, obtained by TMZ, reveal troubling text messages allegedly sent by West, including one that read, “Welcome to the first day of working for Hitler,” and another that said, “I Am A NAZI.”
These texts were reportedly sent in response to the woman suggesting that West issue a statement condemning antisemitism.

The suit also claims West verbally abused the woman and sent her unsolicited pornography during their time working together.

The woman asserts that her firing came just one day after she made a formal complaint about West’s behavior.
In the lawsuit, she argues that West carried out a “calculated campaign” to psychologically torment Jewish people, specifically targeting her with “antisemitic vitriol.”
The lawsuit seeks damages for discrimination, harassment, creating a hostile work environment, retaliation, and breach of contract, with the woman alleging that West also violated an oral agreement to pay her wages.
This legal action adds to a growing list of controversies surrounding West, who has faced intense backlash for his repeated antisemitic remarks in recent months.
