A Florida woman, Mary Gingles, was tragically killed along with two others in a shooting spree allegedly carried out by her estranged husband, Nathan Gingles.
Before her death, Mary, 34, reportedly ran door to door in her neighborhood begging for help after being shot.
The harrowing details came to light after police discovered her body, along with her father’s and neighbor’s, following the shooting on Sunday, February 16, in Tamarac, Florida.
Authorities say the massacre began around 6 a.m. when police were called to a residence in Tamarac and found Mary’s father, David Pozner, 64, dead in the backyard.
It wasn’t long before investigators learned that Mary was missing and her 4-year-old daughter, Seraphine, was also gone. An Amber Alert was issued, with Nathan Gingles immediately named a suspect.
After hours of searching, police found Mary’s body inside the home of her neighbor, Andrew Ferrin, 36, who was also killed in the spree. It was revealed that Mary had been desperately trying to escape.

Neighbors reported that she had knocked on doors, pleading for help, and had left footprints in the area, showing her attempt to flee before her life was taken.
Nathan was arrested later that day in North Lauderdale, where he was found with Seraphine, who was safely rescued. The 4-year-old was unharmed, but the horror of the day’s events has left a community reeling.
Nathan Gingles, 36, now faces multiple charges, including three counts of first-degree murder, violating a protective order, and interfering with custody. He remains in custody without bond for all charges except for the custody interference charge, for which his bail is set at $2,500.
