Popular Nigerian Singer, David Adeleke best known as Davido has reacted to the trending news of Nigerian socialite and business mogul, Obi Cubana.
As we published in our previously released story, the businessman has been allegedly arrested by Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over money laundering and tax fraud issues.
According to reports, this alleged arrest took place on Monday, November 1st, 2021. Obi arrived at the headquarters of the EFCC at Jabi, Abuja, at about noon on Monday and was undergoing interrogation as at that time.
In reacting to the trending reports, the ‘IF’ hitmaker, Davido took to his official and verified Instagram account in the story segment where he shared a photo of his very good friend, the Billionaire, Obi Cubana and captioned it in Igbo dialect.
He wrote:
“Obi nwere Ego” meaning “Obi has money”
