Superstar Ariana Grande is making a highly anticipated return to the UK concert scene, with five headline shows at London’s O2 Arena scheduled for August 2025.
The One Last Time hitmaker will perform on August 15, 16, 19, 20, and 23, marking her first appearance at the iconic venue in seven years. Presale tickets will be available from September 16, followed by the general sale on September 18, giving fans a chance to secure seats for one of the most in-demand UK concerts of 2025.
Grande last performed at the O2 Arena during her Sweetener Tour in 2019, which included five shows in London, alongside performances in Birmingham and Sheffield.
The upcoming concerts form part of Ariana’s Eternal Sunshine Tour, a limited world tour supporting her seventh studio album, Eternal Sunshine. Released in March 2024, the deeply personal project reflected on her split from ex-husband Dalton Gomez while also highlighting her romance with Wicked co-star Ethan Slater.
Industry insiders suggest that new, more uplifting music could be released ahead of the shows, offering fans fresh material to enjoy live.
Grande’s creative director, Christian Breslauer, who directed her Brighter Days short film, will also lead the visual and creative direction of the tour.
A source revealed: “Ariana is going back on tour and will play London’s O2 Arena next August. Right now it’s only a couple of dates but there is always scope to add more when, not if, they sell out. Ari has been vocal about wanting to perform for her fans again but also not wanting to live her life on the road. So yes it’s a global tour but more a scattering of dates around the world rather than some mammoth trek.”
Over the past year, Ariana has taken a step back from music to focus on acting, most notably her critically acclaimed role as Glinda in the upcoming Wicked adaptation. Her performance has already earned her a Best Supporting Actress Oscar nomination, solidifying her as one of Hollywood’s most sought-after stars.
Speaking previously about balancing both careers, Ariana explained: “Music will always be a part of my life but I feel so grateful to the acting, and I think my fans know that music and being on stage will always be a part of my life. I think the next few years, hopefully we’ll be exploring different forms of art, and I think acting is feeling like home right now. I am appreciative for [my fans’] understanding. I’m so grateful for the ways in which we’ve grown together over this whole journey with Wicked.”
