Ashley St. Clair, the conservative author and influencer, is publicly urging tech mogul Elon Musk to “finish their agreement” regarding their 13th child, five months after the birth of their baby.
In a brief yet pointed statement shared on social media, St. Clair expressed frustration over Musk’s lack of response to her efforts to finalize their co-parenting arrangements.
On February 15, St. Clair responded to Musk’s cryptic “Whoa” post on X, which was made in reaction to an old, joking post from St. Clair about wanting Musk to propose.
She accused the billionaire of responding to smears online while avoiding communication with her, adding that Musk had failed to address serious matters concerning their child.
She also criticized the platform for hosting inappropriate photos of her from when she was underage, which had resurfaced during the public exchange.
In a now-deleted post, St. Clair alleged that Musk had been silent while the account posting these images was temporarily banned.

St. Clair’s representative, Brian Glicklich, also issued a statement, explaining that the pair had been working privately on a parenting agreement for months.
“It is disappointing that the process has been disrupted by tabloid reporters, forcing public disclosure,” Glicklich said.
He further urged Musk to publicly acknowledge his role as a father, emphasizing the importance of resolving the situation for their child’s safety and privacy.
Earlier this week, St. Clair revealed she had given birth to Musk’s child back in September 2024, explaining her decision to keep it private for the child’s protection.
She also requested the media to respect her child’s privacy, despite growing attention from the press.
This marks the latest chapter in Musk’s complicated relationships with the mothers of his children.
Just last year, a biography revealed his ongoing parental disputes with singer Grimes, the mother of his children X Æ A-12 and Exa.
