Kevin Hart has admitted to using the hallucinogenic drug Molly on the weekend that he strayed on his then-pregnant wife, Eniko, in 2017.
During an August 6 deposition for a lawsuit filed by Jonathan “JT” Jackson, Hart described how a friend, whose identity he kept unknown, urged him to take the drug.
Hart initially hesitated, stating, “No, I don’t really f-k with drugs like that,” but soon gave in, saying, “F-k it, I said, and I put it in my drink.”
Hart, 45, described meeting Montia Sabbag and later having sex in Las Vegas. He explained that he invited Montia and another woman, Morgan, to his hotel room. Morgan ultimately left, allowing Hart and Montia to fall asleep.
“I did not have sex with [Montia] that night,” he clarified. “I had sex with her the following morning. She woke me up.”

Hart described how Montia appeared to position herself near a hidden camera, which then recorded a sex tape used to blackmail him. He assumed that someone had hidden the camera earlier because he hadn’t seen Montia leave the bed.
Jackson, Hart’s acquaintance, was arrested a year after the audio aired on two felony extortion counts, but the charges were dropped in 2021. Jackson’s current complaint claims Hart manufactured evidence and violated a settlement agreement.
The complaint claims Hart was intended to publicly announce Jackson’s innocence and admit that the affair cost him a close friendship. Instead, Hart’s Instagram post noted that Jackson had “been found not guilty” and that “those charges have been dropped against him.” Jackson claims this was insufficient to clear his name and is seeking over $12 million in damages and a trial.
