Download Iron Boy Album: Award-winning Ghanaian rap sensation Black Sherif finally releases his anticipated musical project, the “Iron Boy” album, just as he promised.
The Iron Boy album by the rapper-cum-singer who goes by his legal name, Mohammed Ismail Sherif Kwaku Frimpong, was officially released on Thursday, April 3, 2025, and is made up of 15 solid songs.
Prior to the release, Blacko, during an exclusive interview with Graphic Showbiz, revealed that this project is not just any other album; according to him, it is his biggest musical project so far, and it is more based on his life, emotions, and his truth.
He added that it tells his life story, from his humble beginnings, when he stepped into the music scene, and where he has journeyed to so far. He also stressed that there were times he felt lost and nearly gave up but had to keep up to delivery because of his loyal fanbase.
This Iron Boy album, a moniker that pays homage to his hometown highlife legend, Amakye Dede, serves as the Black Sherif’s second studio album following the release of his successful “The Villain I Never Was“ project that was released in 2023.
This newly released 15-track album includes already released songs like Rabel Music, January 9th, and So It Goes, all of which performed well following their release. The project features only two artists: Fireboy DML and Seyi Vibez (both Nigerian musicians).
