Black Sherif is a Ghanaian musician and performer (rapper and singer) from Konongo, Ghana. Born with his legal name as Mohammed Ismail Sherif (born 9 January 2002).

Black Sherif rose to fame following the successful release of his first and second sermon freestyle. He later released the remix of his Second Sermon Freestyle (Second Sermon Remix) and featured Nigerian Grammy Award-winner, Burna Boy on It.

Popularly referred to as Blacko, the young star began his career as a dancer and later switched to music while in secondary school.

In 2019, Sherif released Cry For Me but really made a name in 2020 thanks to the success of his hit song called Money.
