Chaos in Yemen: De@dly Airstrikes Rock Capital as U.S. Escalates Campaign

At least 12 people have been killed and 30 injured in a U.S. airstrike on Yemen’s capital, according to the Houthi rebel group.

The strike hit a market in the Farwa neighborhood of the Shuub district in Sanaa late Sunday night, leaving behind damaged buildings, burning vehicles, and a community in shock.

Eyewitness footage from the scene, shared by the Houthi-run al-Masirah TV network, showed chaos and heartbreak — including disturbing images of injured civilians and a child reportedly among the dead. Families rushed to hospitals, while others mourned at the site of destruction.

The U.S. Central Command has not commented on the incident or confirmed any details about casualties.
