A California couple, Antonio Lamar Bland and Abigail Luckey, are facing serious federal charges after being arrested following a string of armed robberies they allegedly committed in early 2024.
Their crime spree took place just days before and after they tied the knot in Las Vegas, with the duo and their alleged accomplice, Ronnie Tucker, now facing a lengthy list of charges.
The trio is accused of committing 12 robberies over a two-week period, spanning from January 29 to February 14, 2024, across Los Angeles and Orange counties.
Their targets included multiple 7-Eleven stores, a smoke shop, and a doughnut shop.
The couple was reportedly married in Las Vegas on February 6, 2024, in the middle of their crime spree, before returning to California to commit another robbery just days later.
The couple’s crime spree came to an end on Valentine’s Day 2024, when their attempted robbery of a Downey doughnut shop was thwarted after an employee retrieved a firearm to defend himself.

The robbers fled, but law enforcement, who had observed the robbery attempt, soon apprehended them, recovering a firearm from their vehicle.
The couple, along with Tucker, now face multiple charges, including conspiracy to commit interference with commerce by robbery under the Hobbs Act, Hobbs Act robbery, attempted Hobbs Act robbery, and additional charges for brandishing firearms during the crimes.
Bland, who has prior felony convictions, also faces charges for being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition.
Bland, Luckey, and Tucker have been in federal custody since their arrest, and their trial is scheduled for May 6, 2025.
If convicted, the trio faces a statutory maximum sentence of 20 years for each robbery-related charge, with Bland and Tucker facing additional time for brandishing firearms.
