The injunctions include that Black Sherif is restricted from performing his own songs at events, also, an order for the preservation of all funds he makes from online streaming platforms and other revenue sources until the case is fully solved.
An Accra High Court has on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, dismissed the injunctions against the rapper after Black Sherif’s Lawyer, Samson Lardy Anyenini argued against the injunction by Sherif’s former investor/manager the plaintiff, Shadrach Agyei Owusu stating that he failed to argue justifiably why the injunction should be granted.
Justice Akua Sarpomaa Amoah, who presided over the case stated that the defendant will suffer an injustice if the court grants Mr. Owusu’s request.
