Early life and education
Destiny Etiko biography: The actress was born on 12th August 1989 in Udi village, Enugu State in Nigeria. She is the second child in a family of five kids, three males and two females. She has not offered any detailed information about her upbringing and siblings names.
Destiny Etiko’s parents are also not known to the public. Destiny Etiko’s mother was her biggest inspiration in becoming an actress.

Her mother was once an actress but later left the industry. Her father, on the other hand, was not entirely in support of Destiny’s career choice. He passed away in May 2020.
Career
Destiny started acting while in the university by taking up minor roles in different films. She joined the Nollywood mainstream film industry by registering with the Actors Guild of Nigeria. She rose to fame after starring in the 2012 film, Idemili directed by Ernest Obi.
She has worked with some of the most gifted Nollywood stars such as Pete Edochie, Patience Ozokwor, Uche Odoputa, Cynthia Okereke, Ernest Obi, and John Okafor. So far, she has starred in the following movies.
Destiny Etiko remains one of the most generous and selfless actresses in the Nigerian movie industry. Her goodwill towards the less privileged people has earned her so much love and affection from the masses.
Currently, the actress set up a non-profit organization in her name which is aimed basically at alleviating the miserable condition of people languishing in penury and destitution. Destiny Etiko Foundation (DEF) on countless occasions have reached out to people in various localities in order to lend a helping hand in any little way.
