Arresting officers alleged that Paul had “the contraband inside his personal travel bags … [and] the suspect cocaine was located and tested.” Paul was subsequently transferred to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami.
He is presently detained on two $2,500 bonds for charges of cocaine possession and possession of a controlled substance.
Jones’ lawsuit constitutes the latest accusation of sexual misconduct and harassment against Combs, alongside claims of non-payment for his contributions to the Grammy-nominated The Love Album.

Jones asserts he witnessed Paul engaging in the acquisition and distribution of drugs to Combs and his associates.
The lawsuit alleges that members of the enterprise and their affiliates transported and distributed various illegal substances, including ecstasy, cocaine, GHB, ketamine, marijuana, mushrooms, and tuci, by concealing them in their carry-on luggage and passing through TSA checkpoints.
Jones asserts that he personally observed Paul transporting or intending to transport illicit substances in his luggage during travels between Los Angeles, Miami, Virginia, the Caribbean, and London on three separate occasions in December 2022, April 2023, and November 2023.
A photo submitted as evidence in his lawsuit depicts Paul holding what appear to be prescription pill bottles and a black pouch resting on his lap. Jones contends that the bag contained “ecstasy, cocaine, GHB, ketamine, marijuana, mushrooms, and tuci.”
